From the Editor On August 2 of this year the new quarters of the Basque Studies Program were dedicated officially. It was an important moment in the development of our Program. The new quarters were designed specifically to hours our library collection and meet our other space needs. We would like to invite the readers of this newsletter to visit us if you happen to be in the Reno area. We would also like to call your attention to the information in this issue regarding our fourth Basque Studies Summer Session Abroad to be held next summer. If you are interested in attending we urge you to contact us immediately. We can only accommodate a limited number of participants and several people have already made reservations.
